5.3 Cancellations and Refunds

5.3.1 Cancellation by the Client

• 61+ days before departure: Deposit is non-refundable.
• 0-61 days before departure: 100% cancellation fee applies.

5.3.2 Cancellation by Epaulettes Safaris

• We may cancel your booking if you fail to make payment on time.
• If the minimum number of participants is not met, we will notify you at least 20 days before departure (for trips longer than 6 days).
• Cancellations due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest) will not be eligible for refunds unless recoverable from our service providers.
